Default Got my car back from dealear Compustar alarm doesnt work anymore!!!

I just got my car back from the dealer for hail damage repair. Before i turned the car in i put my compustar alarm on valet mode so it wouldnt cause any problems for them. When i get the car back the remote doesnt work anymore. I tried reprogamming it but it starts doing weird stuff. And all the icons dissappeared from the remote except for the battery icon? Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

well i dont know much about the wiring of them to be honest, but i would call them up and let them know the whole story and that you want to take it back to who installed it(or another reputable shop) to get it fixed(of course at their expense).... but thats just me

Check the fuse for the alarm system. They may have pulled it just to be safe.

That depends on who installed it.

You may want to take it back to the installer and see if they can fix it quickly.

If the alarm somewhat works then it most likely isn't a fuse.
