yeah, and when do you get the manual to flip threw it? after you bought a car that comes with a cd player that only takes certain cds. its the new millenium. they need to not put garbage in their cars

why would you spend 30k plus on a car and NOT read the owners manual!

dont be mad at nissan or any other manufacturer... be mad at your self for not having the comon sense to read the manuals

say what you want... its your fault. not nissans, or hondas, or anyone elses.

you want to put that burned crap in your h/u ? well now you got it... broke ****.... shoulda read your manuals

your fault and nobody elses.... i feel your frustration as i have alot of burned cd's as well. i switched to the alpine h/u because i didnt want to take the chance myself. but the fact of the matter is most factory h/u's will play them but you run the risc of jamming the cd player if you do

It's official, a burned cd is stuck in my stock HU also. Can this be replaced or fixed under warranty?

Weird because a few posts back "SungNamZ" stated the same thing happened to him with store bought CD's. Let's not play the blame game please. Let's face it, we are all just lucky enough to have a beautiful car with a poorly designed stock CD player.

I would say yes! The only problem is that the dealer won't or is not allowed to open up the unit. Unit will be pulled and sent somewhere (i.e. Nissan or Clarion) to have CD's removed and returned. With a little luck, dealer will have unit on his shelf that can be installed vs ordered,

Same problem happened to me this weekend. I went to car toys and they told me that my factory nav wouldn't work with an after market cd player. Is this the truth?
