Default production molds beginning to be made

Paul got my sub enclosure today from my Z so he is making a production mold for everyones enclosure. My loss is your gain (I got a temporary enclosure as a substitute).

Ludecrew, call Paul, for speaker recommmendations at (619) 260-1747.

I suggest anyone wanting to get in on this production run do it quickly. Paul will first make the mold, then the sub enclosures...we are on our way...Jeff

Jeff, thanks for the update.

Did Paul happen to mention a possible eta for the first run? When I ordered mine, I dealt with Skip and he wasn't able to comment on dates.

Tonkadog:

I pasted this from a previous post to answer your question:

"He is coordinating with me to use my Z as the mold. Paul will pick up my enclosure this Thursday (picked it up on Mar12). He will make the production mold next week off of my enclosure he made for me. He said people that have orders should get theirs from 3-6 weeks from the day you ordered. I would suggest you order before Thursday so he can produce them all at one time. He is giving you are great price, help him out by ordering by then so it will be easier for him. Just a suggestion so you will get it quicker. "

His son told me he was busy all day yesterday working with the mold. He is working on it as fast as possible to get my enclousre back to me. So, 3-6 weeks is his ETA...hope that helps!

FYI: When he worked on my Z on my install, he did exactly what he said he would do and the quality was first rate. My expectation is you will recieve the same.

Jeff

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for keeping me in the loop. Definitely can not wait to get this enclosure! Not at all worried about the enclosure, I am confident it will be everything you and Paul have described!

Default update on enclosure production

Just thought I would update all of you that have the enclosures on order. As you might remember, my enclosure was being used as a mold for all of yours to be built. Paul told me this morning that he is about 1 week out from having my done. My enclosure that was in the pic was sacraficed in the mold building process so I get the first one on the production run. When I get the first one installed on my Z, I will post a pic for you. All of yours should be forthcoming soon after.

Everyone that placed an order with Paul:

I am picking up my sub enclosure in 3 hours (when I get off work), Paul got the first one done Mine), now we are in production. He said it looks as good as my roginal so you will be pleased. He said he is working on getting 3 more done as we speak. Finally, the wait is over, everything is a go! Call Paul for your delivery date if you like but just know he is making them in the order they were ordered. He can build one per day (limitation due to the mold) ...Jeff

Just got my enclosure installed today. It fits perfectly, looks fantastic, and sounds great. It is an easy install, but I decided to have it done by a professional. Took him about 15 minutes to put it in.

I installed mine without taking pictures first, otherwise I would take some for you. It sounds pretty darn good. I am still tweaking the settings, but I am obsessive like that.

I have not received my sub nor have I received any communication from anyone since I placed my deposit many months ago. Thanks for following up on this Jeff. I was beginning to wonder what's going on.
