any suggestions? is there a hard wiring kit or should i try and splice into the cigarette lighter? i would like to have some kind of a fuse as well to protect the reciver.

i've already hard wired my v1. it's not that i dont know how to do the work i'm just looking for suggestions on how to wire the sat radio.

options 1: find and purchase a hard wiring kit
option 2: splice into the cig lighter's wires and purchase a dual cig lighter adapter. once that is done i can use the original cig lighter wire that comes w/the car kit. then maybe try and hide the wiring behind some paneling.

i know that sound pretty confusing.
