Default EXPERTS: Buld me a system?

I have been looking into putting a good system in my car for a while now but wanted to get other peoples opinion on what they would do in my shoes. I am going to list what I think should work well, but if you have suggestions please feel free to chime in. First, I would say I listen to alot of HIP HOP, R&B and what ever else sounds goods. I really would like for my subs to hit hard and clear between 40 Hz to 80 Hz. I just purchase a 2006 350Z 1 week ago and I have not yet researched waht size speakers go up front and what goes in the rear, so if you know please provide me with the info.

Here is my list,

1. Z Enclosure Nissan 350z 2-10 Box with amp rack.
2. Two Alpine MRD-M605 1 for each sub running 300-500 RMS x 1
3. Alpine CDA-9857 Head Unit
4. Two JL Audio 10W3v2 or Two Alpine SWR-1042D or JL Audio 10W6v2
(The Subwoofers is where I need help the most)
5. Alpine Type-S SPS171A Fronts
6. Polk Audio db5250 Behind the seat
7. Alpine MRV-F345 For Component front and rear speakers

Please let me know if this is optimal and if you think I would be happier running a different set up! I spending way to much time trying to decide.

Thanks for your help in advance!

R,

Free

Default Nice System!

Hey, I like what you have in mind.

My Sugention based on what I;m putting into my Z is Replace the Sb amps for a couples of JL 500/1 and Definitly goes witht the JL 10W6v2, this make a really nice sound and looking combo. I personally don;t like how the Alpine AMp looks and the JL /"slash" serie math my interiors (Black-silver). So it not just a nice system but it actually look good inside my car.

It ill also depend of cource on you car color and interiors.

good lukc, Post some pic once you have it installed.

My interior is all black! I like the 10W6v2, but wonder if two is an over kill! What components are your going with and what rears?

Default Jl Speakers

I have a Full JL system. ((got a nice price))

I have 2 x JL 10W6v2, with 2x JL 500/1 for them
I got the JL XR650-CSi for the Front and the JL XR650-CXi with a JL 300/4 Amp
I got the JL Power Kit for dual amp, the JL blue RCAs.
Got Dual 10'' ZEnclosure black with the Amp rack.

As I said the AMP math really nice my interiors and I will have the 3 amp in the rack in a semi-circle.

I got the Avic-z1 as my HU.

Wondering why you are doing alpine in the front and polk in the rear. going to have different vocal tones coming from the speakers. Either look into polk speakers for the front "what I woud do" or look for alpine speakers in the rear. Or take that extra 100 Dollars and invest into a better set of front speakers.

Everything else looks good. Sub choice is up to you depending on how much bass you want. If you want a good fill do a single W6 if you want the car next to you to feel it as well do the 2 W3's

I'm Running the exact same system...only i've got the 10W3V3's. best highest quality sub ive ever heard. if you're into rock music or anything like that...these are the subs to get. for rap obviously the w6 or w7s would be the way to go. i also have a 500/1 amp and a 300/4. but i do have the z enclosure box with the amp rack.

As you said the Amps match the strut bar and the rest of the interior really well. I'll get pics eventually. But it looks and sounds amazing.
