I put mine under the passenger's seat. You can pull the seat out by removing four 14mm bolts and disconnecting the plugs for the heater etc.
If you're going to bolt though the floor ensure that there isn't a brake cable, fuel line, or electical cable in the way.

Great thanks alot guys.... And don't mean to bug but how do I remove the whole rear compartment so i can install my amp in the empty storage places?
