The BOSE is prejudiced!!
Well, I finally figured it out. Many of you here say that BOSE = flat sound.
Well, I've noticed that The CDs that sound the best on my bose are those with lots of bass already. R&B, Hip/Hops, Rap, House and certain heavy metal. Music that lacks bass in the recording...sounds kinda...FLAT!

I don't listen to hip-hop or rap, so you may be onto something...hmmm sounds like grounds for a discimination suit ?
I will always, from this point on, live by these words: "No highs, no lows, must be a BOSE !" Never again, will I open my wallet for anything with that evil "B" word on it...

This is kind of funny.
I listen to alot of what you posted and I tend to agree with you.
The only things that sound flat are my CD's that are of Records from the Late 70's and Early 80's.
Other than that I have not had any real complaints.
All though I am thinking about changing a few things.
