sub wiring question
i have (1) 12"sub before wired in a 300x2 amp. im not sure what wiring method the installer used
then i just bought a box and 3 10" dvc subs. can i use this new subs directly with my old wiring or do i need to rewire something?

You will need to determine how many ohms total you want to produce and wire accordingly.
Here is a nifty little site that has different wiring diagrams for different ohm loads.

your amp is set up to produce power at a certain ohm load. If you amp cannot handle 2 ohms you will fry it.
Look through your amp manual and it will tell you what is recommended.

make sure your speaker and amps are on the same ohm load capabilities.
for example if you have a 2ohm amp you need 2ohm load or higher subs. try not to hook up 4ohm amp into 2ohm subs
