Default How to Remove 2006 Door Panel

Not sure if anyone has already posted, but after searching a few times, I only found for 2003 - 2005.. So for those of you that do not know, this is how..

First remove the window switch panel. I found using a small screw drier and prying on a corner, poped it off..

Next remove the two 10 millimeter screws that are located under the switch panel.

Then remove the plastic cover located behind the Door handle. 10 millimeter

Now pull the door panel from the bottom away from the door. Panel clips are all that hold the panel on to the door.

You will have to unclip three or four clips from the back of the door panel once you have it free from the door..

I found when installing my new speakers it helped to lower the window all the way down to make sure that the tip of the window did not hit the speaker.

The passangers door is the same only you have to remove the pull handle first then the switch panel and then the screws..

If anyone has any questions feel free to PM me..

I will be doing my amplifiers+sub install this week by my self and eventhough I watched my installer installing my MB Quarts from a month ago, this still helps me to have a hard copy print out when I'm going to run the speaker wires to the amplifiers, hence I would still need to remove the door panels. Great post!
