Default Voice Guidance lost after system install

Hello,

We cut the speaker wires in the harness in order to ran the speaker cables from the amplifier into it. Everything works fine including the CD player, AM/FM, DVD etc, so what's preventing the voice guidance from outputting through the speakers like before?
I have a Eclipse AVN 5500 and MB Quarts installed professionally and did the amplifiers and sub my self.
Does anyone know if perhaps settings could be changed on the H/U to fix this problem? It doesn't make sense to me that this can be a problem because anything that outputs through the speaker wires should also be capable of outputting through the RCA we ran.......apparently I must be wrong
Have anyone have the same problem before? Thanks for helping.

The nav voice output is at a different voltage, that's why. There are many very good DIY threads on that subject here. Searching will help you.
