Im running the 10w6v2 and it is crazy loud. I had 2 of those subs in a custom fiberglass enclosure and it didnt sound as good as this box with 1 of the woofers.

Wow nice, alright, and last question I believe. I am getting new door speakers, I have looked around but which ones would you suggest? And would i need the 1" zenclosure spacer with them?

It is all going to be based on what you like. There are so many good speaker choices out there at all price ranges. I would meet up with some fellow Z owners and listen to what they are running in their cars and go from there. As for the spacers, some will need them some will not.

Alright, thanks for all of your help. I think I have decided so far.

1 Stealth Zen Closure
1 JL 10w6 or Alpine typr r 1042D
1 JL 500/1 Amp


And the rest is to be decided.

Go with the 10W6... I have to agree it is plenty of bass most of the time I have to turn it down... Mine is powered by an Alpine MRD-M605 (600 Watts @ 2 ohms... Thats more that enough to power the 10W6...

It says it only is dual 4 ohm though?

a dual 4 ohm sub wired in parrellel will give an effective 2 ohm load to the amp

I agree with above. I'm running Zenclosure, JL 10W6 V2 and JL 500/1. It's as much as I'll ever need.
