Im looking to have an enclosure fabricated that takes up the entire space behind the strut bar to house 1 15". I need 3.5cu ft gross tuned to 36hz. Anyone know if its possible to get that kind of space. In front of the strut bar i have my Amp rack.

 

you'll get more than enough space.

What driver are you putting in there? Why not tune lower ..

 

im goin to run 1 15" BTL from FI AUDIO. Its an spl sub That apparently has very decent SQ for being an spl sub. Goin to power it with 2 strapped eD 9.1 amps for ~3300 watts RMS. My New HO alt will be here pretty soon then i can start running all my wiring and such.

 

I may tune a bit lower that was just an estimate. Lowest i would go would be 33hz

 

Fair enough. I usually don't prefer such a high tune .. but that driver needs it.

Last box i built was tuned to 28hz. That was more of a SQL install.
