No need? Says who? How do you know what kind of power he wants to run? Im running ~3kwrms and my voltage drop was very dangerous i was droping to mid-10.0s. Now i have a 260amp alt 1 batcap 2000 and 2 batcap 400s and now im can bump steady at 13.8-14.4 daily.

aggressive is key word

i am trying to do a Whoodini , Copperfield install

i have 4 15" T2 RF subs

gonna try to create a ported enclosure for 1 each T2 15" RF
and push it with 2850 watts

if i can't create the enclosure for the 15 " i got 2 12" T2 RF subs and will try to do ported with 1 of these

or might buy a solo X 12 " Kicker square and try and do a single ported enclosure for 1 of these

got to mock subs up and make decision

either way amp will be Rf power T20001bd and need alot of current

Jesus Christ! I'm running one T1 12 sealed, and it produces a tremendous amount of bass. I can only imagine what 4 T2's would do.

What kinds of effects do you see? Just curious.

The stock alternator is 110 amps.

As this says:

At 1300 RPM = more than 39 Amps
At 2500 RPM = more than 92 Amps
At 5000 RPM = more than 103 Amps

This is an earlier reply to your post.
This comes from the Service Manual.

I am not sure what you need now...

I believe that's what the amp output was, on a normal operating alternator.
