Default What aftermarket headunits fit stock bose?

Sup all I searched for a while but found nothing close to what I'm looking for. I have a 03 touring with stock bose systen that's dying and wont play any CDs at all. I'm thinking about getting an aftermarket headunit but also to keep my 6 disc changer. Anyone know if any brand can fit the stock bose cd changer? Or will I have to stick with single disc?

now someone please correct me if i'm wrong but i believe that you would need to have a head unit installed and a disc changer installed somewhere else in the car to have a disc changer

No aftermarket headunit will work with your stock changer.

But it wouldn't be too hard to find a used one for sale for a hundred or so. There has to be lots of people selling their old one here or on e-bay.
