Default Wiring kit question

OK I have done some reading but I still have a few questions. First the hardware. Pioneer AVH-P6800DVD HU and Pioneer PRS-D4000F Amp. 600 watts. I am looking at the Stinger SWKH8RS wiring kit.
1) Is that a good kit or is there another I should look at?
2)It doesn't appear to have a power distribution block with it. Do I need one?
3)Do I need one of these? a http://item.express.ebay.com/Consume...mdZExpressItem
4) Do I need a wiring harness for the Pioneer AVH ? If so the Metra ?
I don't think I am going to wire it myself I just want to have everything I need before I take it to the shop so I don't have to pay their jacked up prices. Am I missing anything?
This price on the Stinger looks good

8 gauge wire will work for the 600 watt Pioneer amplifier

2)It doesn't appear to have a power distribution block with it. Do I need one?
Nope, as long as you've only got one amplifier.

3)Do I need one of these? a http://item.express.ebay.com/Consume...mdZExpressItem
Nope. There's a spare post on the 350Z. You will need a properly sized ring terminal for 8 gauge wire. It looks like the Stinger wiring kit comes with one.

4) Do I need a wiring harness for the Alpine AVH ?
What's an Alpine AVH? Pioneer makes AVH-P5700x DVD monitors is this what you're asking? No monitor that will fit inside a 350Z needs a heavy gauge cable - will it need some sort of wiring? Yes.

If so the Metra ?
?

It's always best to use an adapter cable for your headend into the factory harness unless you plan on blowing away the factory speakers and amplifiers - which itself is a good idea too! You'll be by-passing the wiring for the amplified speakers at a minimum but could use the harness for the power wires.

One way or another you need some sort of plug and jack arrangement to make installation and maintenance later easier. Many manufacturers provide a matching jack to their headend's plug. That jack can be spliced into the factory harness.
