Hi all,
I recently (two days ago) bought a 2003 350z Touring and already have a stupid question.
The dealer said that the Factory Navigation System would play DVD's if you replaced the navigation CD with a regular DVD. I tried to play my 10th Anniversary Edition of Reservoir Dogs on it last night and it didn't work. It looks like its not possible with the factory set up.
I assume, though, that the factory system can be modified in some way to play DVD Movies. After all, it has the correct drive, a computer, a monitor and a sound system. I would think the only thing standing between me and watching the Borat movie in traffic is the navigation system's firmware?
Has anyone tried to hack the firmware? Does it work? Does the engine stop running?
Bing-Bang
