Default Need Help Philips Plasma Green Line

Just moved in the new house 3 weeks ago and finally put up the 50"Philips plasma. A couple days ago a green line appeared on the right side and goes from top to bottom. Anyone know where this is from or how I can get rid of it. The tv is brand new. Could it be the Direct TV HD DVR?

1. Check the cables (S-video or HDMI) that is connected in the back of the set.

2. Or use the cursor on the remote to shift the screen/image.

Let me search around and see if there is anything else that could be done if those don't work.
