So how do I go about hooking up a IPOD to my 03 with no bose factory system. I have searched but their is a multitude of answers and most seem to be on the later 04's and up. Some one out their must have hooked a IPOD up to the 03 factory non bose radio.


I am looking to run the video IPOD connected to a Farenheit screen with the sound running through the factory system just to watch movies and stuff.

03 and 04 are the same.

 

I've had the same problem. I'm trying to figure something out right now. I think what i'm going to have to do is install an 05 nonbose in the car and buy an adapter that i've seen online somewhere.

^ that works on my 2003 with bose system - i'm not sure about the non-bose one. The general rule is, if it has a CD-changer input, it works with those iPod adapters. If not, then no luck.

 

i just installed the PA11-nis in my 03 non bose w/o navi, and it works great

 

in a little bit i'm going to add a DLO homedock delux and run that to the farenheit screen, with the sound running through the stock system

 

I am about to purchase this for my 03 Z too. Does this unit charge as well?
