Question Cell Phone question?

Have any of you install a hands free cell phone kit, if so how is it working for you in terms of location, and space in the Z ?

I've got a headset I use. Just plugs into the phone and basically it CAN go with me where ever, but I only use it while I'm driving.

BTW, thread moved.

I had posted this before to get some hands free ideas. I have a nokia phone and hands free kit that plugs into the cig lighter. It's a speaker and mic in one that just plugs into the bottom of the phone and they work on most cars, not in the Z since it sits behind you. I had to add the mic and just ran it in the crack between the passenger seat and the console and suck the mic on the ring around the gear shifter using double sided tape. Works like a champ and I didn't have to drill any holes. I just lay the phone in my lap or the passenger seat while I'm driving.

I have a Nokia setup as well. The mic is on the drivers side A-pillar. The phone is on a flexible pedistal just to the right of the center consol.

I think it's called a CARK 123. The only problem is the cradle doesn't work on our phones. So I keep it in my lap or in the passenger seat. You can find them all over ebay. I should have a camera tomorrow and I'll take a shot of how it's setup in my car.

you mean you people can't (while having one hand on the wheel) shift, dial the phone number and talk on the phone. i just hold onto the phone with the hand i shift with...press whatever the speed dial is, or press talk once and use voicedial, or type in the last 4 digits of the phone number and use quick dial and then (if i have to) prop the phone in between my shoulder and my head. easy as that. haha!
