just got these in the mail today - thanks Mike!

These are for my front components (woofer/tweeter)...they look great!
If you're ordeing them, you just need to tell him what mounting size for the woofer and tweeter so he can get the correct size cut.

the box is nice and small:


everything is neatly packaged and well protected (as usualy) and the needed hardware is included:


the pods looks really nice, the material that's stretch over them doesn't have any creases or seams on the exterior, and the speaker/tweeter will mount nicely over each opening:



some of the shots show a little bit of dog hair/dust on them...my dog was very interested in the package - he probably would've eaten them if he had the chance






the only downside is that I'm leaving for vacation on Thursday morning and won't have time to install these for a few weeks

Not a fan. They look bulky and don't flow on the door panel IMO.

 

I think they look cleaner than the CAS ones, which I have.

 

I like em alot. They is what they is.....if you want a custom look moldem in!

 

so I've had them for about a month; I still like the looks, fitment, and overall sound improvement!

I don't know why people don't just spend 50 buck at home depot and make their own...it's soooooooooooo easy to make door pods...so so so easy...(just messy so do it outside or something).

 

"soooooooooooooo easy" eh? so basically you're saying being able to glass isn't an art huh? i guarantee you, i'd bork it up in < 5 mins, mostly because i'm an engineer but probably because i'm not artistically inclined/creative like that
