I only got one key when i bought my Z. I asked the parts guy at the dealer and he said it's $60 for the blank, and another $60 to program the key. (Not the fob, the key itself) Is there a "how to" on this, or does it have to be plugged into some sort of programing device at the dealer? Thanks!

Yes dealer only, and only with all the keys/fobs present since the ECU has to be reprogrammed with the new code as well.
