Default CD's stuck in OEM player

installed a new headunit a month ago, and i forgot to take out 3 CDs from the factory bose head unit.

Is there anyway i can get them out without hooking the head unit up to the car again?

Look for a wiring diagram or go to a local stereo shop to get one for wires going to the deck. Figure out what wire is the power wire. T-tap into the power wire and touch the other end of the wire to the positive terminal of your car battery. The deck should turn on as long as you are touching the wire to the battery.
