I recently Hardwired my V-1. The only thing that I was unsure about was where to ground the thing. After looking through the forum on a good spot I gave up. Every one ran it somewhere I thought was a little silly.

After looking around the fuse box area I found a spot that looked like it had a chance to work. Since there is also plastic there I think everyone over looked it. Here are some photos to see where I installed it.

 

You don't have to unscrew it all the way. Just loosen it a bit and push the ground in. After that screw it in as thight as you can.
