Default Anyone have Pictures? Attaching Nazar/WickedCAS Door Pods

Hey everyone

ive got new door pods form Nazar, they look lovely, but im abit unsure what is the best way to mount them to the door. There are 6 bolts nuts and washers inc but im not sure where the best place is to mount it, and whats the best method to drill the holes precisely.

Anyone got any pictures and tips?

cheers

Jamie

Sorry, but Nazar installed mine for me so I have no pics of the install process. However, if you contact him I am sure he will hook you up, top notch service.

The installation pictures are on the wickedcas web site. I can't remember exactly where though. I think it's under picture galleries. I called them and they told me exactly how to get the pictures.

all done now, used some helpful grab clamp things and good old initiative. One door down, one to go. . . . .

For anyone else that may have the same problem and found this post, I think these might be the installation pictures that lbz was mentioning: HERE. Otherwise just call them (603-642-4222) and they're really good at explaining how to attach them.

Get some 'pinch clamps' that have a ratchet mechanism and 'hold' the tightness. Basically get it in position, clamp it to the door. Drill. Put bolt in. check position of pod. Re clamp, drill, second bolt. then check positon again. and drill the third hole. Where you can actually put the bolts are quite obvious, space them as far apart as poss to spread out the weight so to speak..
