Does anyone else have this problem? I was testing out the navigation yesterday in Downtown San Jose and it was telling me to turn on streets that didn't exist, or were somewhere other than where the nav thought I was. How can I fix this?

Ebay is possible. They are also $190 through www.Zenrin.com, which is the publisher of the Nav software. Current edition is 7.2

Don't just go get an the latest disk it may not work in your car or with your software version. Go here to check which version you need.
I bought my update from a member on this site and you actually need two disks; a map disk and a software update disk.

Anyway... anything above $50 for a simple disk update is a rip when you only want accurate maps.
I have a Garmin GVN 52 "Black Box," and as a registered owner, they allow me to download NAVTEQ map updates and improved/new application software for free. The entire process takes about 10 to 15 minutes (downloading the new software from Garmin's website, writing the update to a SD, and using the SD to update my Garmin GVN 52). The latest upgrade/download was simply great (much better and sharper graphics and text display, and updated and more accurate maps). And, it was free.

^^ Be careful here. You are probably crossing the line since you are presenting an offer asking for payment to provide software for which you do not own the rights for distribution/resale.
If I were you, I would retract this offer (delete the message).

If you just bought the car, take it back to the dealer and tell them that you have an old DVD. They may be able to order the new one for you. Don't waste any time, since the longer you own the car, the less likely they will be to help you. Be persistent but polite with them - you paid for an outdated navigation system and you want what you paid for...

Send me a pm if you're interested.

A new map DVD might "fix" it not because you need a new map but because the system might recalibrate itself in some way if new map data is loaded (may be).
