Default Question about the Bose HU

So i'm getting ready to take out the factory bose w/o nav headunit. I took everything out and i'm looking at the back of the headunit and theres like 4 different harnesses? My aftermarket harness only has two harnesses what are the other two for? does anyone know? (the car is a 2005 Touring with bose system)

Hope this one works.
ok I am not sure why it is not working. It is at the 350z - tech website.

350z - tech .com/zwiki/IPod_with_350Z_Bose_Sound_System
just add www to that for the url and take out the spaces

sorry for all of the wasted posts.
