Default Check Disc on BOSE CD Changer

I disconnected the battery on my 350z earlier today and since I've hooked it back up the CD Changer isn't working. When I try to play a CD it just says "check disc". I've disconnected the battery again and plugged it back in the problem is still there. When I turn off the power, the CD changer makes quite a bit of noise. Any ideas or fixes?

I'm not sure if this helps or not, but it's an idea. Bose stereos have a feature that disables the stereo if something funny happens (like the alarm goes off, or the battery gets disconnected, although i'm not sure about that later) that disables the stereo so it's useless if stolen. You should have a gotten a small metal tag on your keychain when you bought the Z (1"x1/2" or smaller) with an alphanumeric code on it. Check the bose web site about how to input this code, and it may reactivate whatever is wrong with it. Just an idea.
