Default anyone adept with viper 7900 alarms?

well, i took my car into the shop to fix the AC and A/F gauge, and my alarm transmitter just stopped working. I noticed the car was in valet mode, so i turned that off. the remote was still not working...

in any case, i deleted the remote controls using the valet/program key and want to reprogram the transmitter to the receiver... i went through the protocol for autolearn and my transmitter is still not working.

so.. is there a way to have my transmitter programmed for the receiver that i have? i have the 7900 model by the way...

thanks in advance.

do you have the tan remote or the blue one? I have had the same thing happen with the tan remote . viper has a problem with that remote . you will need to buy a new one or if you bought and had the alarm installed by a viper authorized dealler they may replace it for free
