Default Installing a customer car computer and touchscreen screen?

Hey guys. After much debate, i am selling off my 2 15" audiobahn subs and 4000watt amp. They are not going to fit and they would be ricey in the Z, and weight it down. I am planning on building a car computer and i wanted to get a touchscreen monitor to go along with it.

My stock cd player creates errors when playing CD's, i wanted to swap it out but i rather save my money if i can play cd's off my car computer.

I also have a dual head unit as seen here http://sonicelectronix.com/item_6994_Dual+XDVD8130.html, i rather sell it but if i have to install it to get everything working, i will.

What i would like to do is:

Connect my car computer, touchscreen monitor, and stock head unit all together so i can play CD's off my car computer and listen to them through my stock Z speakers. I want to be able to view the computer on the touchscreen monitor when i turn the computer on. I also want to be able to listen to the radio from my stock head unit...

I was wondering if this is all possible to configure and if there are any schematics/wiring diagrams for instalation and what kind of hardware/specifications i would need for the computer/monitor.

Thank you for your help.

Since you have the track, it doesn't have the bose right? If you had the bose, you could do this:

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/93941-make-a-line-aux-in-for-your-2003-bose-headunit-o-step-by-step-guide.html

After you do that, you could get a headphone to rca cable, so it could connect to hu.

Do you have the computer built already? Is the lcd already attached to the computer? If all that is done, then all you have to do is use the headphone to rca cable to connect to the hu, and get a start up controller so it starts up with your ride.

www.mp3car.com has a lot of information on carputers. I used the base that is in the glove compartment to mount my motherboard on it, i just got it running. Good luck with your install.
