i am about to tap into the radio for the power for my lcd screen, is there an accessory that i can tap into ? thanks for any help.
yeah, the acc wire is the light green (as I remember) on the bigger connector, in the upper left slot. If you are looking down at it, its the first one on the left. The bigger yellow one in the middle of that connector is the battery lead. The green one next to that is the ground (it splits to connect to the antenna)
You shouldn't connect your ground to that. I've tried to, but your radio will be on even without the key. Theres a big copper ground right behind where the lcd screen would be on the dash.
I powered my screen from the headunit too.

check my thread. if you do not put a switch on the the fm modulator power supply you will get shitty reception when you go to listen to the radio. A small inline switch is required to turn off the fm mod to make it work.
easy to do, I put it in the change tray!
