Memphis bell, currently powering one Diamond 10" and it is also powering 4 channels for aftermarket speakers. Not sure what kind he installed though, used car from the dealership. I'll run another amp for the two 10" if I need to and leave the memphis to just power the speakers.

Alternstive rock usually. Favorite bands are Linkin Park, Rise Against etc..

For 2 10" in the Zen, I can prollly afford the subs to be $200 each if I am using my memphis bell for them.

If you are spending 200 a woofer, go with Rockford P3's not P2's. There is a major performance difference... I personally have the RF P3 12's..

Get these and you won't be sorry! Best subs I've ever had. Tight bass,GREAT SQ and they are LOUD! I have a Kicker 2500.1 amp hooked up to them at half speed and that is almost toooo loud.

Ok, I'll see if they have or can get the P3's. What are the specs/name on the ones you got truth? Never seen them before, where do you get them? I am willing to look or try anything new right now.

2 x 10" FI Q
2 x 10" RD Classic
2 x 10" SSA Icon
2 x 10" Sound Slpinter RL-J

amps for either choice of sub

Rockford Fosgate T5001BD

all i mentioned are in your budget
all Sound quality drivers

all will sound far superior to any RF p1-p2-p3

Here read this thread....

There is none better in my opinion. Scott ,the owner and designer of FI,
was the original engineer of RE subs before he broke off the partnership.

Now go here.......

Hah wow, 1000 RMS each for those Q's thats nuts... Not sure I need something that powerful really. I was planning to do the two 10"s but I would prolly only need one 10" Q sub lol.

They sound great at low volume or high.......phenominal. And the price is GREAT TOO. I'm telling you I have never owned a better pair of subs than these!

Well would my memphis bell power 1 or 2 if I bought them? I currently have a Diamond being powered by the memphis as well as the 4 speakers that replaced the stock... Would 1 10" Q be powerful enough for me? I'll try to get the memphis bell specs.

I'm only running approx. 500-600 RMS to each sub from my Kicker 2500 watt amp and that is crazy loud to me.
I personally like two subs cuz it moves more air, but I am sure one sub will rock anyones world. These subs have a crazy amount of excursion!

Well tried to find info on the Memphis. All I can tell is that it is older, entirely chrome or shiny metal on the outside and says Memphis Bell M Class. Found these specs somewhere.. could possibly be this since I have 4 speakers and 1 sub connected to it: Memphis belle amplifier 1100x1/75x4
