Can you hook up two 10" subs and an amp to the stock head unit?

I was wondering because I dont want to buy a head unit right now.

From: sitting too close to the tv

It can be done with the use of a line level covertor to get your audio signal to your amp. If you do a search you will find alot of posts covering this subject.
