can someone please help me pick out which components I will need in order to hook up my ipod to the stereo?

Option 1: Get the adapter kit, and replace my XM with ipod
Option 2: Get new head unit. One has has ipod inputs, xm radio, rear view camers, and other possible inputs.

I really want to keep the functionality of my steering wheel controls.
Any advise ? THANKS guys !

 

Advice?

1) Establish a budget.
2) Ditch the POS stock headunit.
3) Research/Purchase/Install a headunit that will meet your requirements.
