It's not an alarm clock so it's not going to just "go off" at the same time daily. Something must be happening to set it off. Go sit outside by your car tomorrow morning during that time period and see what happens.
Un-plugging the horn is not the recommended fix, what happens when you're driving and need it?

eliminate outside sourses as the root of the issue by taking a drive sat morning about 20 miles away, stop for food, wait to see if it goes off.
disconnect the battery for a few seconds, than reconnect. That should reset any possible clock timer that may be in the car. See if it changes the time that it goes off.

To test the trunk and door switches, you just have to use a circuit tester with the light in it, than hook the one end up to a ground, hit the other to one side of the switch and it should turn the light on, that's the positive, your lights might go on while you are testing it.... but than test the other side, that side should be negative when the door is shut... with the door open the circuit tester should light up no matter which side it is on... or something like that I am told.
