it's really easy. Not the CF but the fiberglass box itself. Look up google for how-to build fiberglass enclosures.

it's going to cost a bit for all the materials as well..just to let you know. Since you are building just that little corner box, shouldn't be too bad. But be prepared to spend around 80-100 dollars on materials. Also, your car will smell like resin really bad for a month or two.

some tips:

When making the subwoofer ring, make sure to get a perfect circle as you can. I'm more into the flush mounted design so you will need two rings for for the sub to sit flush.

If you want to save time/effort/trouble of making perfect rings, then you can buy them from a place like this:

There are a ton of fiberglass sub box tutorials on the internet. Search and ye shall find.

well ive messed with the ideas of dif. boxes and zenclosures are ok but i wanted to 2-12" subs and the one up top, the prob. with that is u get alot of rattle from the rear. so i actually made 2-12" sub box from the back of the seats to the midbar. its hits nice, has a clear sound, and alot less rattle than having it in the back, and best all i still have space in the back trunk to put things in. ill put up pics when i get a chance.

Nice! What's the approximate size of the box? I was thinking of doing the same but I might add a bit more space at the bottom (need about 1.2 cu ft).
