Default Need help with wiring output converter

Hey

I have a non-bose stereo, and I'm in the process of adding my amp and subwoofer. I want to keep the stock stereo just for simplicity sake, but I just need some tips on installing the line output converter so I can use a speaker signal to communicate with my amp.

What do you stereoguys recommend? I was hoping to get the signal from the rear speakers so I can put the output converter closer to my amp (less wiring, easier to hide wires etc). What wires should I splice into?

Just to clarify, this amp will only power my subwoofer, not the rear speakers, but I need to get my signal for my output converter from the rear speakers

Any ideas?

Input greatly appeciated

Easier to pull the radio and and grab them from back there, unless you're replacing the rear speakers. Yes your sub amp will only power the sub.

thanks dude! appreciate it. I was advised to wire in my output converter in parallel rather than in series, so I'll just be slicing the wires at the speaker terminals.
