debating between system setups
Ok, I have been debating about a couple of different system setups for my 04 base convertible. I'm looking for nice clean bass, the louder the better, but its not a huge concern. I want to keep it as stealth as possible so I was going to put it in the stock bose location. I also already have a pioneer d3 headunit installed.
1. wire an Infinity basslink sub (or something similar) in the location
2. seal the space behind the seat without building a box and mount a sub in the stock bose location, possibly a jl w3
3. mount a free air sub and forget about sealing the hole
4. buy the fiberglass box off of nazar/W.A.S. website and mount that there (any suggestions on a good sub that fits in that box would be helpful)
5. build a box myself and install it there
Im going to be doing all the work myself so the simplier the better, but i want a good sounding system. I know ultimatly its my decision, but just looking for some suggestions, thanks guys

Options 4 or 5 are the only ones I would suggest for the best results. There are a lot of good subs you could use in such an enclosure. Depends on what kind of setup you are going for (sq or spl), and what music you listen to. I know the Nazar glovebox enclosure is pricey, but if you are not good with fiberglass then it's really your only option.
