Still good on these ?I really want one. What will I need for a 2005 4runner wiring kit and also a hd module.

 

We can set you up with everything you need to do your install, BUT if you have the factory JBL system and want to use your factory amplifier you will need an adapter to turn on the amp as it is a digital turn on. And as for an HD Module, they have not released a date when we'll be seeing those yet.

 

What do you need from me ? How much would it cost ? I have the JBL system, but I am going to be replacing the front amp. How much for the module for that though ?

 

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up since I ordered a 5120 thanks to the materials I read here. Kenwood has started posting its instruction & installation manuals for the 08's. The 5120 and 7120 currently are up, and I can only assume the 8120 will follow.

Hey just looking for a little help. I want to throw one of these sweet baby's in my Cadillac CTS just wondering if anyone knew what I had to do to make it work with this type of car.

Release date for the 5120 was FEBR and they shipped on 2/26/08
I will have 5120s on 3/6/08

Release date for 8120 is March so I would suspect end of march will be a safe guess.

Good news is we have upped our order and should meet all pre-orders.

Since I'm an aftermarket idiot. What harness would be the best for the 8120? Metra has two different ones. One has RCA connectors to connect to the stereo while using the stock amp, or they have the standard connector. I'm clueless.

Just wondering if anyone has heard exactly when the DNX8120 is going to be released? I've read sometime this month (March) and now I'm reading it might be April. I got one on preorder though Wicked Car Audio and can't wait to get it installed. But first I have to get it in hand. The wait is killing me.

I don't know if you work directly for Wicked Car Auto Systems, but i have seen on some sites that the 8120 is going for as low as $1233? Any chance Wicked may come down to that price?
