Dual 12" Sub Enclosure
Mike at Zenclosures makes enclosures to order, so you may be able to get him to make it, but that wouldn't even have enough volume for 1 12 and you would be very limited by mount depth. You would get just as much volume and better sound out of a 10 in Zenclosure's Type R enclosure
Well my issue is that I already own a set of 12s that I like. I emailed Mike and he said he's working on a design that would maximize the airspace in a box similar to this. I'll let you guys know how things pan out. 12s are probably overkill for a car this size, but the advantage to me is that I already own them. They worked very nice in my Volvo, may she rest in peace. The 12" enclosures that Mike sells currently take up the trunk space closest to the back of the car which is where I throw all of my ****. I live in MA and the car is a daily driver so in the winter I need someplace to put my jacket, gloves, and work bag. I also camp a lot and need to be able to fit my external frame backpack behind the strut bar. I can still use the space I need with a box that's similar to the one I posted earlier.

Mike from Z enclosures has one enclosure design for two 12's. I ordered one last month. It has approx 1.10 cu ft. per side and fires up. The box sits above the spare tire. It fits very well and looks nice. The only problem it has is, is it's height. The driver's side of the enclosure can not house a large powerful sub. What I mean is, it can not handle a sub that is design to have high excursion. When I test fitted my RF T1, the oversized surrounding cone rubber they use on the sub sat too high and made contact with the hatch. There's a panel hump under the rear windshield wiper that made contact with the sub.
I figure you might be able to fit a less aggresive sub in there and it could work...

I've got 12 inch MTXs. I wish i could remember what model they are so I could look up the airspace requirements. I saw the existing 12 inch box on his site, but I don't want to lose the rearmost trunk space above the spare.

not for nothing but
the 9500 series are their flagship
then 7500 series
then 6000 series
i am not a big fan of mtx, the 5000 series are $ 59 , the 7500 series are $ 98
so your 6000 series are about $75 bucks
i would cease from your plan of investing in an enclosure for these subs
i would get a good 12" sub for $ 200 or less and install it in a single 12" enclosure from Zen
