AVIC-N3 Need Help no sound

I have a Avic-N3, Well i was driving and all of a sudden no sound, all my amps are on, but no sounds, any idea what it might be?

Well found out with Pioneer tech, Notified it was a black and yellow phone mute wire, If this touches a metal permanent mute.
