Ok... actually 2 questions! First, is there a how to guide out there? or is it close enough to the D3 that i could pretty much get by with that? Also, can it be used with the factory bluetooth? I've got an '07 GT

OK, How to what? install? operate? You can get the manuals on Pioneer's website. If your familiar with the AVIC interface it's not hard to find everything you need.

Factory bluetooth will not work with a Pioneer head unit. You will have to buy the Pioneer Bluetooth adapter.
