So i was installing my new 10" alpine subs today, and the drill slipped my hand and now has a minor hole in it can you buy anything at the local hardware store to filll it in? please help! thanks

I refuse to use power tools when installing audio equipment.
I hope you now realize using power tools when installing delicate audio equipment is not smart.

However, I'm not too sure you'll find a good patch material.

I put a hole in the surround of a 12" Kicker sub years ago. I got some black silicon and applied a light coat to the front and back.

I then enjoyed the sub for 2+ years with no audible (to my ears at least) difference.

After that I learned to put my hand between the drill and the speaker so if the drill slipped the bit went in to me, not my expensive equipment. At least my hand heals on its own!

hole in the cone or the surround?

If its in the cone you can just tape it.. if in the surround try silicone like KP suggests..

use superglue to seal the hole.

Silicone is the winner, now make sure you don't ever use a power drill on a audio install.
