Had new AVIC D3 installed and...
#21
did u just plug and play it? cause when i hit certain bumps the sub turns back on then off. also when in vavigation mode if i have my ipod on and the unit is on full blast i dont hear the voice guidance. should i pull the unit out myself its just not loud enough and on radio mode its like the bose turned up to 24 or 25 not 31
for most everything. I only had to tap into the VSS for the Navi and maybe one
other, I don't recall as it has been a year. When my iPod Touch is connected
the volume is the same as when I listen to XM or the radio. You can addjust the volume of the Voice Guidance so it is either higher or lower but that
doesn't account for the subs going in and out.
That sounds like a faulty connection of some kind.
Edit:
In my setup, I did not use anything like the PAC converter.
