Default Head unit compatability questions/concerns

Hey guys, wondering if an 08 non bose unit will fit in my 03 track (with nav)

alternately will an 04 (no nav) work with my nav system

and finally are there any aftermarket units that i can install that will allow the use of the audio from my Nav, but i would like one that has an HD tuner with it

i ask about the Nav b.c i am not sure if there are any plugs or wires that the non nav systems have or don't have...i got no idea what i'm talking about

any input appreciated. thanks.

^^ Currently my H/U is a Clarion which I really like. The Clarion H/U provides great features and has a function allowing matching the Z’s instrument color, so it looks very stock.

Kenwood is a good choice since it provides scalable systems. No other company does it as well… matching Kenwood’s flexibility when installing separate components. Kenwood is best for this feature.

Alpine would be my third choice (great touch-screen function), followed by either Eclipse or Pioneer.
