Awesome job on the box, it looks so nice. How do u like the ported fi q? Im getting one soon and was thinking that ported might be a bit too much for the z. Can u give me some advice? Thanks.

porting that box was a night and day difference! scott from FI said about a 6db difference. I would definitely suggest it

Jesus, I can only imagine! My FI Q is in currently in a 1.25cuft sealed enclosure with 800watts RMS. It is pretty insanely loud as is. I can only imagine the damage I could do if I ported the box.

you can get PSP or Aero ports in 3/4/6 inches

you can get 90 degree elbows at depot or lowes

yeah i love the sound. They sound perfect. Thanks a lot. The only thing i didn't do was fiberglass the whole bottom of the box. I just used a hole saw to cut a insert for that little bump in the trunk for the spare. then fiber glassed over that.
