Default Replacing OEM Single CD System w/ Bose Need Advice

I need help here fellas, I am completely incompetent when it comes to car audio systems. However, I can tell that the original OEM system in my car blows. I have friends who have the upgraded Bose system in their 350's, and to me that is significantly better and would meet my needs and or desires. I would like to buy a used Bose system and install it in my car from somebody who is more discriminating than me and has upgraded their system to something even more elaborate aftermarket. I have seen many Bose systems for sale on Ebay and on the my350z marketplace. I have an 07 350z. So my questions are these: Will the Bose components from any year 350z fit in my vehicle without modifications? Would the necessary mounting for the sub and amp already be in place in the car or would it require some fabrication? Is the wiring for the extra components already in the car? Will the speakers fit without mods? Would I need to change any of the existing wiring, like for the speakers? Basically I don't know squat so i can really use help here. I thank everyone in advance fr their input as it is greatly appreciated. Also please feel free to chime in with any other problems you might know I will run into if I do this, and any ideas that might upgrade the system I have at less expense or more easily.

I honestly would just go completly aftermarket.... The little bit of change you will hear with the bose system is not worth the time nor the effort. Just spend a few buck on a headunit and run an active front stage... You will be really impressed.

I must say the G bose system 2005 and up sounds way better than the Z system...i guess thats why the price tag is more...

good luck.

its all preference...

I like my car to look as stock as possible....thats why no intercooler reveiling front bumper for me....or pillar gauges.... then BOMB! with my boost or audio set up....because it all looks stock.
