I know this has been discussed before, but don't have time to search and read all postings.

I want better audio sound. I looking for a good value set-up that won't cost much. I would like to keep stock HU if possible.

Please recommend best route to go to improve sound (especially bass) that's not to expensive.

I will have a stereo shop install.

If HU is recommended to change, I understand Alpine is good?

Whatever is recommended, please list parts and price.

I want to keep total parts with labor under 1K.

See my sig - that setup was $500 in parts and I installed myself. It all runs off the stock head unit and sounds great.
