Default Need help with led plate frame

I need a + and - wire in the rear license plate area that is on when the ignition is on. I am clueless to where these are located. Can someone direct me to these, I really don't want to gut the interior to get to the fuse box, thanks

Ok, I found the fuse 10A down by the kick panel and have run the wire (black and red) to this location. Here is where I am lost. I don't know where to plug the red in or the black. I also have a grey wire that is suppose to go to the brake but directions don't say to which wire on the brake like, just says no splicing.

Help would be great hookong this up.

Thanks

I need power even when the lights are not on. From what I have read in the J/B located to the lower left of the driver. I can use No. 1 fuse which will supply power to it when the ignition is in the start or on position. That would be power but where do I ground it to? Back where the luggage lamp is grounded I suppose.

I suck when it comes to elec stuff, speaker stuff as well.
