please help, i'm trying to upgrade my rear speakers. I have the standard sub-par stereo system, (not the Bose) and my question is do the rear speaker face covers pop out or do you have to go in from the covered sub-woofer plate or from the rear?

 

Please check the FAQs in this section. The rear speaker replacements are covered there. The short answer is that the entire rear plastic cover must be removed to access the speakers.
