I know people will just say, "It is all up to you and your taste, so you have to listen yourself," but I would like any opinions on the Soundstream speakers. I am looking at the 6.5s. I had a few people say they were a good buy.

I've had Soundstream in the past and loved their equipment. Quality product right there...

 

soundstream back in the day was really good but recently(i forgot how long ago) they sold out to a bigger company and the quality isnt there anymore....

 

That's sad.

 

SS was decent back in the day, albeit unreliable. but good when it works.

its been sold and resold so many times its not even funny, nowdays, its uh...nothing special at all, your average gear...and i dont suggest speakres from them.,

back in the day, the SS exact speaker were excellent...but todays, you are better off with many other brands IMO
